**Indemnification**

In such cases, Tarbiyah Online Madrasa or the applicable participants will provide you with written notice of such claims, lawsuits, or proceedings.
**Termination Rights; Suspension of Courses and Content**
You agree that Tarbiyah Online Madrasa may, at its sole discretion, terminate your access to the Tarbiyah Online Madrasa site or your participation therein, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason at all. It is the policy of Tarbiyah Online Madrasa to suspend the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright laws, under appropriate circumstances.
Tarbiyah Online Madrasa and its participants reserve the right to cancel, delay, reschedule, or modify the format of any course provided through the site, or to suspend any or all content or related services offered through the Tarbiyah Online Madrasa site, at their sole discretion, at any time. You agree that any claims or disputes arising from or related to the agreements or any content or services obtained from or through the Tarbiyah Online Madrasa site will be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
