Refund Policy

Tarbiyah Online Madrasa is committed to providing students with quality Islamic education. Students are encouraged to carefully consider before registering for our courses and services.

Registration & Admission Fee

  • Once paid, the registration or admission fee is non-refundable.

Course Fee Refund

  • Before classes begin:
    If a student cancels enrollment before the classes start, 10% service charge will be deducted from the paid course fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

  • After classes begin (within the first 7 working days):
    If a student cancels enrollment within the first 7 working days after classes have started, 25% will be deducted from the paid course fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

  • After the first 7 working days:
    No fees will be refundable.

Special Cases

  • If a course is canceled or postponed, the full amount will be refunded.

  • If a student cannot attend classes due to technical issues, after verification, a partial or full refund may be applicable.

Refund Process

  • The student must apply for a refund in writing via email or through the official website.

  • After approval, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the same payment method used by the student.

  • Already provided study materials or digital resources
